CIF/VAT: B42747964. (Later in the text Company.) The terms of service on this page, the offer terms or elsewhere in our operations tell you how our services work.
OUR SERVICES
The company's operations cover interior design and interior architecture design, consulting, product purchase, sale and design service, as well as furniture storage and installation service. These services can work physically or electronically.
ORDERING
The services and products presented on this website can be ordered from tiina@tiladesign.es or tilaorders@gmail.com or on this website
with the Contact message form. An offer will be made for the selected service or product, and upon acceptance you will receive an order confirmation. Targeted order and service conditions appear in the offer.
PRICING, INVOICES AND PAYMENTS
The prices of services and products are shown in the offer and are valid according to the terms of the offer. The offer details the tax-free price of the service and products, the share of tax and the total price. Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the total price does not include transport, assembly, installation, cleaning, storage or travel costs. The terms of the offer describe the invoicing installments of the order and the schedule. ​Invoicing for services and products is done according to the invoicing batch schedule of the offer. Payment is made to the account number indicated in the invoice.

Payment instructions for products ordered in connection with interior design are shown in the Design Info brochure that comes with the offer. The prices of the products selected in connection with the service are presented with tax. If nothing else is mentioned in this context, the total price does not include transport, assembly or installation costs.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, RE-SCHEDULING, PRODUCT DISCLAMER
We reserve the right to withhold the service or grant a refund in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act.

Cancellation of a service or product order is carefully considered depending on the situation and the related request must be sent in writing to tiina@tiladesign.es.

We reserve the right to schedule changes regarding service or product delivery.

The images of the products included in the interior design, architecture or product packages are delivered to the customer electronically or printed, and their colors do not necessarily correspond to the actual product. The sizes of the products are indicated by the manufacturer and they do not necessarily correspond to the dimensions of the delivered product. Sellers of products brokered by the company are responsible for product complaints and return conditions with their own terms of sale. If you notice a defect in the product, please contact tiina@tiladesign.es.
The sellers of the product provided by the company may change the price of the product. We reserve the right to transfer the price change to the purchase price notified to the customer.
PRIVACY POLICY
We store customer data in accordance with Law No. 15/1999, 13.12. according to Tila Interior Design SL archive. The customer has the right to request and change their information. Tila Interior Design SL has an obligation to protect the customer's private data.
